With a background in Manufacturing Danny formed a UK copper wire manufacturing business which grew within 3 years to be the largest independent manufacturer of copper wire in the UK & all at the time of a recession! Today the Business thrives and is now owned by Nexans. After the sale of Tri Wire Danny’s considerable expertise was much in demand and he worked as a consultant on a number of leading UK businesses and on government projects across all business sectors. He has held numerous Non-Executive Director positions for both Plc and SME organisations as well as advising 100s of start-up businesses.
Danny was Chair of The Yorkshire Leadership Academy and one of the founders of the Calderdale and Kirklees Manufacturing Excellence Club. He has advised the Boards of professional Sporting businesses including Rugby and Football. Since 2010 he has worked together with IIC to help them and their customers grow their business and is committed to encouraging businesses to understand the importance of delivering outstanding customer experience.
Before studying Psychology & Neuro Sciences Anita had a proven track record of working with businesses in Marketing & PR. Having helped businesses achieve greater sales& profits and build positive relationships with their customers & suppliers Anita decided it was time to continue developing her skills and now uses NLP to coach business leaders & staff to achieve greatness within their own sector. Whether it’s helping your sales team to have the confidence needed to go and get those orders, or working within your business to develop staff to embrace the changes needed to take your business to the next level Anita will produce a plan that’s right for you, your business and your customers too!
Mark has over 20 years of senior marketing management experience split between a corporate career with new media positions at Orange and The Press Association and international experience in Computer and Video Games with Europe's largest independent software developer and publisher. In his more recent consultancy career he has worked closely with business owners and senior teams helping numerous SMEs and PLCs with marketing strategy, planning and implementation. Mark has also owned his own publishing company, marketing consultancy and been a partner in a business growth consultancy where, together with his business partner, he delivered growth and development coaching to SMEs for both UK and European government initiatives. Mark has worked extensively in professional services and has an affinity with technology and its applications in the fast moving and ever-changing marketing landscape. He has recently focused much of his consultancy activity in the digital arena. He is also a longstanding member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
